Laurels From Sports Arena

Saint Joseph aims at providing a wholesome, healthy and competitive atmosphere through its sports activities since time immemorial it has been said.

“A healthy Body Indicates

A healthy mind”

The truth of this statement is being slowly realized, education without activity is incomplete. In all kinds of activities the involvement of the mind cannot be separated. In the same way actions are the reflection of the mind. Therefore studies inside the classroom, playing in the playground, etc develop our mind and make our body healthy and generally make us a brighter and better student.

In Saint Joseph equal importance is given to sports and other extra-curricular activities as to studies. For providing an environment that is congenial to mould the would-be sports men. To develop a competitive spirit among the students we have divided them into 4 houses i.e. Ruby, Amber, Saphire and Emerald. Thus it has been rightly said.

“Competition to improve rather than competition to prove.”

We are proud to state here that among various competitions our scholars have brought laurels to the school and we are hopeful about many more achievements from the track of sports:-
